To strengthen our R&D team, we are seeking an intern to characterize our future gas sensors/detectors.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the R&D Manager, you will be responsible for conducting tests, operating testing equipment (environmental chambers, gas controllers, humidifiers, etc.), and preparing test reports.

You will also contribute to product improvements (electronics and/or firmware) to meet performance requirements.

You will join a 5-person team at our Grenoble offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing test programs

• Conducting tests (temperature, humidity, gas, etc.)

• Analyzing results

• Writing characterization reports

• Firmware development

Candidate Profile

Education

Final-year engineering student specializing in one or more of the following fields: instrumentation, characterization, electronics, firmware, signal processing, or optics.

Experience

Previous internship experience (1–3 months) in a relevant company would be an asset.

Skills

• Python programming

• Firmware development in C (STM32)

• Analog/digital electronics

• Signal processing

• Technical writing

• Knowledge of mechanics and/or optics would be a plus

• Fluent English
