Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with an electronics engineering degree to use and develop the products in line with customer requirements. You will contribute to the definition and detailed specifications of these products. You will provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support. You will handle demonstrators, technical documentation and participate in integration at our customers' sites.

Missions

  • Discussing and drawing up product specifications.

  • Reviewing, approving or modifying product designs in line with customer requirements.

  • Participate in product integration at customer sites, for all media testing: tooling and documentation.

  • Contribute to product support at customer sites.

  • Communicate characteristics of products and their applications to Sales and Marketing team.

Profile Requirements:

  • Language: bilingual in both English & French or English native speaker 

  • Electronics engineering with both hardware and firmware experience

  • Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills

  • Excellent analytical and execution skills

  • ‘Can-do’ attitude; we are a start-up, so you need to be a solid and autonomous contributor, multi-tasked and able to work effectively under pressure

  • Interpersonal skills: ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with US business customers and other team members
